Due to the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns once a product is used. Unused products returned in its original packaging will be accepted.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes. While we try to accommodate changes to orders whenever we can, once an order has been shipped, it is neither cancelable nor returnable.
